Police launched criminal proceedings on the possibility of bribing voters, said the press service of the NP in Sumy oblast.

Law enforcement officers discovered a message on violation of the electoral legislation in the social network while monitoring Internet resources.

“Facebook user reported that in the city of Romny, on the territory of a local organization, he witnessed the bribe of voters in favor of one of the presidential candidates. This information was immediately taken into account by the leadership of the regional NP department,” the report says.

On the eve of February 18, on this fact, information was entered into the Unified Register of Pre-Trial Investigations under Article 160 (bribery of a voter) of the Criminal Code of Ukraine.

As The Journalist reported, the headquarters office of a political party in Kyiv was robbed.
