State Labor Service of Ukraine imposed UAH 1.7 billion on 25,179 employees last year, who worked without proper registration of labor relations, the Agency of Industrial Policy informs.
This was announced by the head of the State Labor Service, Roman Chernega, during a press conference devoted to summarizing department work results over last year.
Most of the illegal workers works in trade, hotel and restaurant sphere (4,789 people), construction (4,035 people), industry (2,933 people) and agriculture (1,802 people).
In addition, the State Labor Service inspectors found 357,500 violations at enterprises: 81% of violations were eliminated. 1,436 productions were stopped in 2018 in accordance with the courts decisions.
Over 11 months of 2018, the number of insured persons increased by 432,000. Revenues from the payment of a single fee increased by more than UAH 5 billion.
As The Journalist reported, the State Treasury reports Ukraine has not executed state budget for 2018.
