In Kyiv metro an exhibition of unusual portraits of Taras Shevchenko is opened

In Kyiv, an exhibition of portraits of the Ukrainian poet opened at Tarasa Shevchenko metro station. He appeared in unusual images. This reports press-service of Kyiv underground on its official Facebook page.
Taras Shevchenko in the framework of exhibition “Quantum leap. Shevchenko. Metro.” was presented on posters in a number of different ways – the character of the film “Pirates of the Caribbean” as Captain Jack Sparrow, singer Elvis Presley, and others. The exhibition was organized by Taras Shevchenko National Museum, metro and illustrator Oleksander Grekhov. The exhibition will run until March 10.
