The number of gun owners in many countries of Western Europe is increasing. This situation is caused by people’s concerned about the increase of violent crimes and terrorist acts, The Times reports.
The Finland, Austria, Norway, Germany and France are reported being listed in the 25 European countries ranking with the highest weapon possession among citizens.

“There are many weapons in France – about 12.7 million units, that is as much as in Iraq and Afghanistan combined. In Finland this figure is 32 weapon units per 100 people. However, Europe remains less armed than the USA, where this figures are 120 weapons per 100 people,” the message says.

As The Journalist reported, a list of the ten most dangerous countries for women was compiled.
