“At about 10 o’clock in the evening, an alarm system worked at the Privatbank branch on Basseinaya St. 12/1-2 in Kyiv. The arriving security police and the bank’s security service saw damaged front doors with cracked locks, and the keys to the cashier’s office were also unlocked with lockpicks,” the report says.

According to this fact, criminal proceedings were started under part 3 of Article 185 (Theft with penetration) of the Criminal Code of Ukraine.
