Kness Group launched Ukraine’s first large-scale solar panel production plant on Feb. 5 in Vinnytsia, the press service of the KNESS company reports on Facebook page.
In the city of Vinnitsa, company launched solar panel production plant. Project investment amounted to EUR 5 million.
The report notes that the panels will be available in February this year.
“The equipment installed at the plant was developed by the National Institute of the People’s Republic of China. The plant will produce various types of solar panels, in particular, frame and frameless ones with a rated power of 270-370 W,” the report says.
According to representatives of Kness company, all the characteristics of the solar panels produced meet international requirements, which will allow to sell finished products not only in Ukraine, but also abroad.
As The Journalist reported, two solar power plants will be built in Rivne oblast.
