The Verkhovna Rada has adopted in the second reading the bill No. 3760 on “investment nannies”. The author of the law is President Volodymyr Zelensky. The document was supported by 252 People’s Deputy.

The law guarantees support to Ukrainian and foreign investors whose investment exceeds EUR 20 million and who create at least 80 jobs with an average salary of 15% more than in the region where such an investment will be made.

The total amount of state support for the implementation of an investment project with significant investments is set in a special investment agreement. At the same time, it is specified that it should not exceed 30% of the planned volume of significant investments for investment projects. The term for the implementation of an investment project with significant investments does not exceed five years.

The text of the document states that persons from Russia cannot be the applicant for such an agreement.
