World Bank worsens forecast for Ukraine’s economic growth for 2019

The World Bank has worsened the forecast for real gross domestic product (GDP) growth in Ukraine in 2019 from 2.9% to 2.7%.

According to the bank’s review of the economic situation in Europe and Central Asia, Ukraine’s economy is expected to grow by 3.4% in 2020, and by 3.8% in 2021.

At the same time, the World Bank estimated the growth of real GDP in Ukraine in 2018 at 3.3%, UNIAN informs.
