President of Ukraine Volodymyr Zelensky has appointed Maksym Kozytsky as new head of the Lviv Regional State Administration (RSA). He announced this during a working visit to the Lviv Oblast, RBC-Ukraine reports.

Zelensky congratulated Kozytsky on his appointment and handed him a decree. After that, the President, who meets with employees of the Lvivugol state enterprise, raised the issue of wage arrears.

Mr. Kozytsky was one of the candidates for this position back in June 2019. He is the director of the company that installs wind and solar power plants. His father, Zinoviy ​​Kozytsky, is a famous businessman in Lviv.
