The militants agreed to release four Ukrainian prisoners held on the occupied territories of Donetsk and Luhansk oblasts, as TASS reports.

“We hope that release of four persons will allow for stimulating Ukraine and proceed to the “all-for-all” exchange. It would be advisable”, stated in the DNR.

As it is known, today, on June 28, four prisoners are going to be handed over in Minsk to the head of the political council of the “Opposition platform – For Life” party Viktor Medvedchuk.

Meanwhile, the President of Ukraine Volodymyr Zelensky, speaking at a press conference, accused the Ministry of Foreign Affairs of Ukraine of the actions that could disrupt the process of the liberation of the Ukrainian sailors.

“I, as president of Ukraine, learn information about our international steps from the Internet”, Zelensky noted.

“Now I am talking about the note we received from the Russian Federation on return of our sailors and the response note sent by the Foreign Ministry”, the president stressed.

“I, the President of Ukraine, remind everyone, Mr. Klimkin, in particular, that I have not seen our response to the note of the Russian Federation, because Mr. Klimkin did not consider it necessary to discuss such issues with the President, and this is a matter of the country’s security – a matter concerning the lives of our citizens, and a priority of each president”, the head of the state said.

According to the president, the experts and diplomats say that “such actions could put under the threat the return of our sailors.”

As reported by The Journalist, the Ukrainian President has made a number of important personnel decisions regarding the National Guard and SBU.
