Zelensky is confident that the Minsk negotiation process should be continued, but its format should be reformed.

“For the first stage, we should implement a cease-fire regime in the east. I think we cannot afford any long process. Because every day we start the morning with the news, how many of our soldiers died in the east,” said Zelensky.

In addition, Zelensky believes that it is necessary to resume the payment of pensions to residents of uncontrolled territories of Donetsk and Luhansk oblasts.

Zelensky noted the need to held referendum on joining NATO.

“A serious information war must be launched, in which we must be winners,” he concluded.

He said that he is ready for personal talks with Vladimir Putin. At the same time, he stressed he would not make concessions to Moscow.
