Ukrainian scientists had produced the first batch of coronavirus rapid tests. This was reported by the President Volodymyr Zelensky in a video message on March 20.
“We have received the first batch of rapid tests made by the Institute of Molecular Biology of the National Academy of Sciences of Ukraine,” the President said.
The head of state thanked Ukrainian scientists for being able to produce test kits in the short term.
