Lewis Hamilton wins Grand Prix of Italy

At the 14th stage of World Championship in car racing in class of cars Formula 1 - Grand Prix of Italy the race took place, informs sportonline.ua.

Victory was celebrated by pilot of Mercedes Lewis Hamilton team, after traveling 306,720 km (53 laps) in 1 hour 16 minutes 54,484 seconds.
Briton won the sixth victory in season and 68th in his career. The second place was taken by Finnish racer Ferrari Kimi Räikkönen, losing to the winner 8.705 seconds. The third finished the driver of the Red Bull Max Verstappen, but the Dutchman received a five-second penalty for an incorrect fight with Finn Valtteri Bottas (Mercedes) and gave him the third place in the protocol, having passed ahead also German Sebastian Vettel (Ferrari) - 16.151.

In personal offset leadership holds Hamilton (256 points), increasing the advantage over Vettel from 17 points to 30. The third position was retained by Raikkonen (164).

In World Constructors' Championship Mercedes AMG Petronas Motorsport (415) continues to lead, ahead of Scuderia Ferrari (390). In third place is still Aston Martin Red Bull Racing (248).
Note, the next, the 15th stage of Formula 1 - Singapore Grand Prix will be held on September 14-16.
