Physical activity, in some cases, can even replace sports training and improve health. About this wrote acting Minister of Health of Ukraine, Ulana Suprun, on his Facebook page.

The walk should be at an active pace — at a speed of about 5 km per year.
“Walking is useful because it is a good training for the heart and blood vessels; improves aerobic capacity — that is, our body is able to better absorb and use oxygen affects the quality, ease and speed of daily tasks; reduces stress and anxiety; helps maintain a healthy weight,” Suprun said.
She also advised not to limit herself to 10 thousand steps a day.
Walking affects high blood pressure, high cholesterol, diabetes, overweight or obesity, stress and anxiety, and disorders of the musculoskeletal system, such as back pain.
