The Royal Mint of Great Britain issued collectible coins with Paddington bear. About this informs press service of The Royal Mint.

It is reported that coins of 50 pence are devoted to the 60th anniversary of the publication of the book The Adventures of Paddington bear. On one of the coins, the bear is pictured near Buckingham Palace, and on the other at Paddington Station.
It is noted that only 60 thousand collection coins have been issued. A silver coin with a color pattern can be purchased for £ 60, and there is also a £ 10 offer.
