It is reported that the Ukrainians who have arrived to vacation in Tunisia, have stucked at the airport Monastir for two days long.
Passengers claim that the airline Bravo Airways and the tour operator Oasis Travel, in the person of the host company Insight Holidays do not fulfill their obligations to return Ukrainian citizens back home.
«They do not promise anything. Someone promises to fly, someone says that there will be no departure today», – tourists said.
In the Consulate of Ukraine in Tunisia commented on the current situation:
«The consulate is dealing with this problem. The tour operator promises to solve this issue in a few hours, however details will be announced later.»
It should be noted that the AL Bravo canceled its flights from Ukraine to Tunisia, referring to the lack of payment from the Travel operator Oasis, who owed for services for nine months. In its turn, the Travel operator put counter accusations in the delay of flights to the carrier Bravo Airways.
«The Bravo Airways has debts to the airports of Tunisia and does not have the funds to pay for landing, maintenance and take-off flights at the airports of the Tunisian Republic and, probably, therefore refused to comply with them on June 27», – the Travel operator Oasis stated.
As «The Journalist» reported earlier, people could not fly to vacation because of canceled flights in the airport «Kiev».
