Red Cross sends 57 tonnes of humanitarian aid to occupied Donbas

The International Committee of the Red Cross has sent six trucks with humanitarian aid to occupied areas of Donbas, the press service of the State Border Service of Ukraine reports.

“Six trucks from the International Committee of the Red Cross have crossed the Novotroyitske checkpoint, heading to the temporarily occupied territory of Ukraine,” the report said.

According to the border guards statement, all the trucks carried over 57 tons of various cargo, including food kits and construction materials.
As The Journalist reported, more than 100,000 Ukrainian families received “baby boxes”.
