In Kyiv “social hotel” will be opened for homeless

Until December 1, 2019, Kyiv city center for integrated services for homeless will be opened in the capital, which will be reorganized from Kyiv Center for Social Adaptation for the Elderly, Disabled, and Persons without a Permanent Residence. “It is planned to open a reintegration department for homeless people, a “social hotel ”, a social adaptation department for released persons, an inpatient special department for permanent residence for homeless elderly people and people with disabilities,” added Maryna Honda, deputy chairman of the Kyiv City State Administration.
In particular, she noted that a commission had been created to entrust the inventory of the Kyiv Center for Social Adaptation for the Elderly, Persons with Disabilities and Persons without a Domicile to draw up and approve a deed of transfer and carry out other organizational and legal measures for reorganization stipulated by law Ukraine.
According to the project, deputy mayor noted that she does not need additional funding from the city budget and other expenses.
