On Epiphany in Kyiv a festive locomotive 1952 release will be launched

In the capital of Ukraine during Epiphany celebrations a holiday engine train will run.

“On the occasion of the feast of Epiphany in Kyiv, the holiday train will run on a steam train, which will be available to all Kyiv residents and guests of the capital,” reports the press service Ukrzaliznytsia.

The festive train will run as part of the L-4600 steam locomotive, four passenger cars and a dining car.
Travel around Kyiv will last about two and a half hours. The departure of the train will take place on January 19 at 12:50 from Kiev-Passenger station, and will end at 15:15.
The steam locomotive L-4600 was built by the Luhansk plant in 1952. The cost of an adult ticket is 71.54 UAH, children – 61.15 UAH.
