On January 9, the Russian occupying forces twice violated the ceasefire regime two times in the Joint Forces Operation (JFO) area. No casualties among the Ukrainian ranks reported, the press center of the Joint Forces Operation HQ informs on its Facebook page.
The militants opened fire from grenade launchers of various types, heavy machine guns and small arms attacking the Ukrainian fortified positions near the village of Novomykhailivka (Donetsk direction) and Lebedynske (Mariupol direction).
Units of the Joint Forces conducted an active defense and gave an adequate response to the enemy.
According to intelligence data, on January 9, two occupiers were destroyed.
