Almost 5,000 people cross border at checkpoints with occupied Donbas over past day

Almost 5 thousand people crossed the checkpoints with occupied Donbas on January 1, 2019. This was reported by the press service of State Border Guard Service of Ukraine (SBGS).
According to border guards, yesterday, 4.900 people and 1.200 cars have passed through checkpoints.

“1,110 people and 295 vehicles passed through the Maiyorske checkpoint; through Mariyinka checkpoint passed 1,480 people and 500 cars; through Novotroyitskoy – 1,135 people and 320 cars; through Hnutove – 245 people and 85 vehicles and 915 people passed through the Luhanske checkpoint,” the message says.

As The Journalist reported, about 20 kg of amber were found in the fuel tank of the car in the Lviv oblast.
