Residents of the city of Smila, which stays without heat supply, held protest action under the Cherkasygaz building on November 14. This is reported by the Smila news community on its Facebook page.
The Chairman of the board of PJSC Cherkasygaz, Serhiy Buyan, met with the demonstrators and assured them that he understands and sympathizes with their problems, but cannot help them yet. According to him, the Smila authorities did not resolve the issue of purchasing natural gas for heating so far.

«The only decision that Smila authorities must take is to conclude contracts for gas supply as soon as possible. Then, technically, we will be able to supply gas for some tens of hours,» said Serhiy Buyan.

In turn, the police decided to intensify patrols in the city and send additional forces.
As The Journalist reported, local residents of the Smila went to the rally and blocked the road.
