Ukraine’s State coffers was essentially emptied over past month

The balance on the single account of the State Treasury of Ukraine has decreased by 21% in September, and totals UAH 21.388 billion as of October 1. This is reported by UNIAN news agency.
At the same time the balance on the single account of the State Treasury grew 4 times during September, compared with the data in early 2018 (January). However, according to the information on the website of the State Treasury, the current amount (UAH 21.388 billion) is 3 times lower than the figure for the same period last year.
The amount of funds on a single treasury account is constantly changing, increasing during the receipt of taxes and other mandatory payments to the State and local budgets, and declining during peak spending loads.

As The Journalist reported, the Draft state budget-2019 provides for raising 325 billion UAH of loans.
