Management of Fund Prime Essential Capital stated that plant «Forge on Fisherman’s» will be sold to the domestic buyer. On this reports the press secretary of head of state Svyatoslav Tsegolko on his Facebook page.
According to Tsegolko, in case consent of Antimonopoly Committee is given, and also provided that all the necessary formalities are resolved, agreement will be signed and implemented.
It is also noted that in January 2016 Poroshenko transferred his biggest asset, Roshen, to trustee of Rothschild, a global company with an impeccable reputation.
