OSCE: number of shellings in Donbas increased by 30%

The OSCE special monitoring mission recorded increasing of ceasefire regime violations by 30% in Donbas.

This is stated in the OSCE mission report as of September 17.

The report says that between September 3 and September 16, the OSCE mission recorded an increase in the number of ceasefire violations by more than 30% in Donbas.

«An increase in the number of violations was observed despite confirmation of the commitment to a ceasefire on the occasion of the start of the new school year, which came into force on August 29 at 00:01 hrs local time,» – the report said.

As The Journalist reported, Ukraine hopes that OSCE representatives will visit all Ukrainian hostages in Donbas.
