Kyiv City Council allocated 4 hectares of land at Pobedy Ave for new building and shopping mall construction

Almost 4 hectares of land were allocated at Pobedy Ave, 67, for the construction of the new residential complex with a shopping center and underground-land parking.

Such a decision was made on September 20 at the KCSA meeting and was backed by 62 out of 96 deputies.

So, the land plot of 3.7 hectares size was leased for seven years for LLC Thermogalvanic Plant for building construction.

The normative monetary estimate of this area is UAH 70 046 thousand. According to the documents, previously the land plot was assigned to the Machine-tools Factory named after Gorky. The land is built up with storage and production facilities. It is noted that the land plot does not belong to the Kyiv’s green zone. The land is listed in the category of residential and public buildings.

As The Journalist reported, law enforcers stopped the agrarian raiding attempts.
