Near Lukyanovka cemetery in Kyiv a housing and office complex will be build

In Kyiv, in an area of 8.2 hectares in the Shevchenkivskiy district, not far from the Lukyanivka cemetery, a private company will build a housing and office complex with entertainment and market infrastructure.

The corresponding draft decision at the meeting on September 20 was supported by 71 of 101 deputies of the Kyiv city council. Decision was made in connection with the acquisition of ownership of real estate.

Deputies approved the land management plan of territory and handed over this site to Khokhlovyh Family Street, 8 for the lease of LLC Unitit Zhitloinvest for a period of 15 years.
According to General Plan, site belongs to the lands of industry, and in accordance with the DSP (detailed site plan – Ed.) of 20.12.2017 – to the land of mixed housing and public buildings.
According to decision, UAH 196 million is normative monetary value of land transferred, and estimated amount of rent will be 5873 thousand UAH (3%).
