Almost 50 WWII mines were found 40 meters far from the apartment house

The State Emergency Service of Ukraine staff have disarmed 47 World War Second mortar mines in the city of Kamianka-Buzka (Lviv Oblast). This is reported by the press service of the State Emergency Service of the Oblast.

The Pyrotechnic specialists of the 2nd Special Rapid Reaction Center of the State Emergency Service have seized and destroyed 47 explosive objects, namely thirteen 50-mm mortar mines and thirty-four 82-mm mortar mines.

«Ammunition was found in the city of Kamianka-Buzka on Yaroslav Mudry st.,15, during excavation works conducted 40 m. far from the apartment house and 20 m. from the Lviv-Lutsk road,» – the report says.

As The Journalist reported earlier, the man stored World War II weapons arsenal and made ammunition.
