Executors of Ministry of Justice imposed fines of 50% for debts over 3 years by almost 13 thousand non-payers of alimony. About this informs the press service of the Ministry of Justice.

Executors made 6,500 decisions on imposing a fine of 20% on debt for alimony from 1 to 2 years, 5,100 decisions on imposing a fine of 30% on those industries where debt is from 2 to 3 years, and 12 700 decisions on imposing a fine of 50% for debt more than 3 years.
In fact, for example, in the Ternopil oblast, debtor paid debt for alimony, which accumulated for 9 years, at a rate of 84 thousand hryvnia and a fine of 42 thousand hryvnia, and in Kyiv debtor in amount of 76 thousand hryvnas and a fine of 38 thousand hryvnia.
