Draft state budget registered in Verkhovna Rada of Ukraine for 2019 assumes the volume of state borrowings in the amount of 324.764 billion UAH.
According to draft law «On the State Budget of Ukraine for 2019», registered by Cabinet of Ministers in the Parliament on September 15 (No. 900), including external borrowing will amount to 122.745 billion UAH, domestic – 202.019 billion UAH.
It is noted that the weighted average rate for domestic debt instruments is about 15.7% per annum, for external debt – about 9% per annum.
It is also reported that the total payment of state debt in 2019 at the expense of state budget is estimated at 417.452 billion UAH, of which 239.245 billion UAH – on domestic and 178.207 billion UAH – on external debt.
As The Journalist reported in Budget-2019, 2.3 billion UAH was pledged for the modernization of state mines.
