New bridge will be built across the Siverskiy Donets River near Luhansk

Construction of the new bridge will begin on the line of demarcation in Stanitsa Luhanska. About this informs press service of Luhansk Oblast State Administration.

It is reported that the construction project was agreed upon at tripartite meeting in Minsk.
According to OSCE representative in tripartite contact group in Minsk on Donbass, Martin Saydik, it is assumed that bridge will be 2.6 meters wide and with a load capacity of five tons. Development of project is entrusted to International Committee of Red Cross.
Preliminary repairs were carried out to equip the checkpoint to improve safety and comfort of citizens, and their cost was almost 20 million USD.
