From Monday, August 20th Kyiv funicular will resume its work after repairs. About this informs press service of Kyivpastrans on Facebook page.
«Now the final work is underway, and already on Monday, August 20th, funicular will again begin its movement on the slopes of the capital. Annual routine maintenance work was successful, so the funicular can safely transport passengers for another year», report said.
It is noted that the funicular starts its work on Monday from 12:00.
Recall that the funicular because of the technical work was closed from 17th of July.
Earlier The Journalist reported about the fact that in Switzerland, as a result of the breakage of the funicular on the mountain Piz Gloria with the help of helicopters saved 400 people.
