Ukrainian upgraded T-72 tank undergoes live fire testing

The new Ukrainian tank T-72 was tested at the military range. This was reported by the President of Ukraine Petro Poroshenko on Twitter, UNN news agency reported.

«This is the main battle tank T-72AMT, which was developed and manufactured by the State Enterprise Kiev Armored Factory. Now it passes fire tests at military ranges,» – the report said.

The report notes that the projectiles which will be used to fire where taken from the longest-range artillery systems, Hyacinth, which has great accuracy and range of fire up to 30 km.
As The Journalist reported earlier, the Ukrainian military are testing the domestic self-propelled howitzer Bogdan.
