Ukrposhta postal service will lease the ground floor of the Main Post office

Director of Property Management and Infrastructure Dmytro Sennichenko said that the first floor of the capital’s Main Post Office was decided to be leased for placing a multi-brand Internet supermarket. About this writes Dmitry Sennichenko on his Facebook page.

«Within the framework of projects to increase the efficiency of the use of areas that are leased not only to vacant premises, but also the functional use of occupied areas for all 5,500 buildings and facilities of Ukrposhta is being revised.

Now the right to lease 1500 m of the ground floor to the Main post office will be exhibited on Prozorro. You cannot find a better place», Sennichenko wrote.
In the documentation on the website «ProZorro.prodazhi» marked that for rental is offered a frontage with a separate entrance from the Independence Square and access to the object 24/7. Separately, it is stipulated about the possibility to have access to the object from 7:30 to 21:00 through the central entrance of the General Post Office building.

It is worth noting that the initial price is set at 760 thousand UAH / month. The lease term is 60 months. The deadline for accepting bids is July 30, and the auction itself will be held on July 31.
