Court stated decision on the debt of Kyivenergo for gas

A court session took place in Kiev, at which a decision was taken on the UAH 4.8 billion Kyivenergo’s debt before Naftagaz. This is reported by 112.Ukraine news agency.
It is reported that Under the judgment of the Economic Court of Kyiv, neither Kyivteploenergo nor the territorial community are liable for Kyivenergo’s debt.
It is noted that the deputy head of the KCSA Petro Panteleev, after the court session ends, has said that this is a fair decision. He also said that the Economic Court is consider the lawsuit of KCSA to Naftogaz, in which the City asks the court to oblige the state company to conclude an agreement on the supply of gas with Kyivteploenergo. The court session will be held on July 24.
As «The Journalist» reported earlier, Naftogaz is suing Kyiv Teploenergo to recover debts for gas.
