The Law on Anticorruption Court was published in «Holos Ukrayiny»

The law on the Supreme Anticorruption Court was published in the official parliamentary edition of the Holos Ukrayiny.

According to the adopted law No. 2447-VIII, the Anti-Corruption Court will consider cases under investigation by the National Anti-Corruption Bureau of Ukraine (NABU). The law will come into force tomorrow, 14th of June, with the exception of some rules that will begin to work together with the start of the new court.
The document suggests the head of state to submit to parliament another draft law – directly on the establishment of the Supreme Anticorruption Court.
Previously «The Journalist» reported that the Verkhovna Rada adopted the law «On the Supreme Anti-Corruption Court».
