Ukrainian roads named among the worst in the world

Ukrainian roads better than roads in Paraguay, but worse than in the United Arab Emirates. This is reported by «Informator», citing Global Competitiveness Index 2017-2018.
The source reports that according to the world quality of roads rating, which includes 137 countries, Ukraine was rated at 130 out of 137, and the last place takes Mauritania, a country in the north-west of Africa.
The first place in rating belongs to the United Arab Emirates, Singapore is the second and Switzerland rate as third.
It is noted that Hong Kong and the Netherlands are last in the top five. The United States occupied the last place in the top ten.
Also note that Ukraine was bypassed by Mozambique, which was rated at 129. The 131 place took Paraguay.
In turn, according to the general rating of the development of transport infrastructure, Ukraine took 87th place, just behind Montenegro. In this category, Mauritania became last. The leader of the transport infrastructure is Singapore.
As «The Journalist» reported, Ireland has been ranked as the happiest country in the European Union.
