The Cabinet of Ministers of Ukraine has opened access to state registries for banks to verify information about Ukrainians, who will contact them for a loan. This is reported by the press service of the Ministry of Economic Development and Trade.
The resolution was adopted at a government meeting on March 27.
“Until now, there was no such possibility at the legislative level, thereby it was difficult for banks to predict the ability of a person to fulfill his own loan payment obligations,” the report says.
The access to registry will allow banks to reduce their risks in providing loans to Ukrainians.
As The Journalist reported, Ukraine’s Cabinet told about the pace of wage growth.
