About 206 illegal small architectural forms and 30 mobile commerce devices were dismantled in the capital in the Q1 of 2019, according to the press service of the KCSA.
The report notes that in May 2019, the Department of Urban Improvement instructed to dismantle 44 illegally installed temporary structures for business activities in Kyiv, nineteen of which were in underground passages, as well as 10 means of small retail trade.
In total 250 illegal small architectural forms and 40 mobile commerce facilities have been dismantled in Kyiv since the beginning of this year.
The department noted that dismantling was grounded on the fact of unauthorized occupation of the city’s territory, non-payment of taxes, the consumption of energy resources at the expense of Kyiv, causing obstacles to the pedestrian flow and other violations of the Improvement Rules.
As The Journalist reported, the KCSA decided to change the rules of travel in the subway.
