The prosecutor’s office of Donetsk oblast is conducting a pre-trial investigation about the Armed Forces of Ukraine military-sanitary car shelling by militants near Vodiane, in the JFO area. Press service of the prosecutor’s office area reports about it in Facebook.
As it is known, yesterday, July 1, militants shot an AFU ambulance car with an anti-tank guided missile, which killed a 48-year-old medical instructor and a 47-year-old senior driver, and the foreman received a gunshot wound of the soft tissues of the lumbar region.
“Pre-trial investigation is being carried out within the framework of criminal proceedings initiated in accordance with Part 2 of Art. 438 (violation of the laws and customs of war) of the Criminal Procedure Code of Ukraine”, the prosecutor’s office reported.
