President assigned Vice Admiral’s Volodymyr Bezkorovainy’s name to Naval Lyceum

The President of Ukraine Volodymyr Zelensky assigned the name of Vice Admiral Volodymyr Bezkorovainy to the Naval Lyceum.

This is stated in the presidential decree №494 / 2019 of July 5 on the website of the head of state.

“To assign the name of Vice-Admiral Volodymyr Bezkorovainy to the Naval Lyceum and further to call it the Naval Lyceum named after Vice-Admiral Volodymyr Bezkorovainy”, the document says.

According to the decree, the name of Volodymyr Bezkorovainy was assigned to the Lyceum to perpetuate the memory of the Vice Admiral, taking into account his significant personal contribution to the development of the Ukrainian state and the AFU Naval Forces, as well as the exemplary performance of the assigned tasks by the institution.
