Postal operators throughout Ukraine allowed to accept cash for money transfers

The National Bank of Ukraine has added the postal operators to the list of entities allowed to receive cash for money transfer.

This was reported by the National Bank, referring to the decision #42 dated July 30.

The service is available for operators who have obtained an NBU’s license on transfer funds in national currency without opening accounts.

Also, the regulator changed the meaning of “cash point” to “financial services point”, since such points provide money transfer services not only in cash but also in non-cash form.
