The Supervisory Board of Raiffeisen Bank Aval has decided to appoint Oleksandr Pysaruk as Raiffeisen Bank Chairman, the bank’s press service reported.
This decision should be agreed upon by state oversight bodies.
INFO: Oleksandr Pysaruk is the former first deputy chairman of the National Bank of Ukraine with 27 years of experience, including senior roles in leading international banks, as well as in the IMF.
He graduated from the Mykolaiv Shipbuilding Institute named after Admiral Makarov in 1988, and in 1990 – graduate school of the same institute. He works in bank “Ukraine”, as the head of the sector of foreign economic activity in the Mykolaiv Oblast, the director of the international department of the entire credit organization. During this period, he received additional education at the Kyiv Institute of Bankers of Ukraine Bank.
Recall that the predecessor of Pysaruk was Volodymyr Lavrenchuk. He served as Chairman of the Management Board of Raiffeisen Bank Aval for the past 14 years.
