Ukrainian Foreign Minister Vadym Prystaiko has said that representatives of the International Committee of the Red Cross (ICRC) will be able to gain access to the occupied territory of Donbas this week. This was reported by the press service of the Ministry of Foreign Affairs in his Twitter.
“We hope that this week the Red Cross would be allowed into temporarily occupied territories of Donetsk and Luhansk oblasts. This step will mean progress in the Minsk process, which is still not observed in other areas,” Prystaiko said.
