The Cabinet of Ministers of Ukraine has increased the costs of paying sick leave, maternity benefits and other payments by UAH 1.017 billion. This was reported by the press service of the Social Insurance Fund of Ukraine.
“The material support of the population increased by UAH 1.017 billion hryvnias and the total amount of expenses amounted to UAH 15.361 billion,” the report says.
Changes are associated with the actual overfulfillment of the Fund’s budget revenue due, in particular, to the more predictable payment of single social contribution by policyholders (employers), as well as the redistribution of funds.
