This is evidenced by the data of a nationwide study conducted by the Ilko Kucheriv Democratic Initiatives Foundation in cooperation with the Razumkov Centre Sociological Service.
According to the survey, most Ukrainians (67%) intend to celebrate Christmas on January 7 of next year (in 2017 – 76%, in 2018 – 69%).
At the same time, another 21% of Ukrainians (17% in 2018) celebrate both in December 25 and in January 7.
Only 4% of respondents (4% in 2018) replied that they celebrate Christmas only on December 25th.
According to the survey, 6% of Ukrainians will not celebrate Christmas at all (8% in 2018).
