In the area of the settlement of Ulyanovsk, SMM observers saw a man entered Ukraine from Russia. Near the village of Uspenka, 21 cars and a bus with “DPR” plates entered Ukraine from Russia, as well as seven pedestrians.

Not far from the village of Marinovka, 16 cars, one covered cargo truck, two buses drove into the uncontrolled territory of Donbas, and two pedestrians entered Ukraine.
