According to a survey conducted by Info Sapiens, only 46% of Ukrainians, who worked in March before the quarantine, will receive a full salary, 35% of Ukrainians received less than expected, and 10% lost their jobs due to quarantine. Moreover, in the current situation, 77% of Ukrainians try to do savings, and only 12% spend more, because they believe that the goods will depreciate or disappear from stores.
About 60% of working Ukrainians reported about financial losses due to coronavirus epidemic. In particular, 38% of adult Ukrainians noted a decrease in regular family income during quarantine, 16% reported a complete loss of income, 14% lost their jobs, 10% talk about financial losses (for example, due to the delivery of tickets).
At least 74% of those who worked or studied before quarantine continue training in person or remotely (distant training). Of these, 8% said that they work more than before, and 30% work less.
Among those who lost their jobs or part of their total income due to quarantine, 45% have enough money for living for March / or are already short of it, 35% reported they have enough funds for March and April, and only 16% provided with money for three or more months.
