In the period from March 20 and April 4, Ukrainian government agencies purchased goods, needed to prevent the spread of coronavirus, in the amount of UAH 952 million. This was reported by the press service of the Ministry of Economy.
Money were spent on medical equipment, in particular, ventilations, pulse oximeters, patient monitors, etc. (UAH 190.15 million), medical materials, in particular gloves, face masks, respirators, insulation suits, etc. (UAH 147.12 million), equipment for anesthesia and resuscitation, in particular oxygen concentrators and other (UAH 116.04 million).
More than half of the total amount was spent on designated goods.
