Dmytro Kuleba: EUR 190 mln allocated by the EU will support Ukrainian health sector

On April 21, Ukrainian Foreign Minister Dmytro Kuleba had a phone conversation with the High Representative of the Union for Foreign Affairs and Security Policy Josep Borrell, Government portal reports.

The Foreign Minister thanked the EU for financial support, which he called “a real act of support for friends, not only partners.”

To Kuleba, the money will be allocated to support the health care system, EUR 61 million is provided to support the economy, EUR 20 million to support small and medium-sized enterprises, EUR 25 million will support small farms, and EUR 4 million to support the most vulnerable groups.

The Minister also thanked for the additional EUR 13 million of humanitarian aid for the population in Donbas.

Josep Borrell, in turn, confirmed his readiness to visit Ukraine, and also stated that the EU sanctions policy on Russia remains unchanged.
